If you have a dedicated room for your home office or study, we will make the most of every inch of it. From a single fitted desk with overhead storage to a fully fitted study with floor-to-ceiling shelving, filing, printer housing and integrated cable management – everything is built to order and installed by our own team.

All furniture is made to order in our Three Legged Cross factory. Because we manufacture everything ourselves, we can adapt to any room shape — including alcoves, chimney breasts and rooms with sloped ceilings.
Spare Bedroom to Home Office
Not everyone has a room they can dedicate to a home office. If your workspace needs to share a room with a guest bed, we have the solution — a bespoke home office with a fold-away bed built seamlessly into the furniture. When guests are not staying, the bed folds away out of sight and the room functions as a fully fitted, professional workspace. When you need the bed, it folds down in seconds. The furniture is designed so that both functions work without compromise.

Free Design Visit
We visit your home, assess the room and discuss how you work – what you need on the desk, what storage is essential, and how you want the room to feel.

Design & Quotation
We produce a computer-generated layout and a fixed quotation. The price quoted is the price you pay. A second survey is carried out before manufacture to confirm all final details.

Made in Our Factory
Your custom furniture is built to order at our Three Legged Cross factory, and quality checked before it leaves us.

Installation
Our own team installs your home office to the agreed specification. We manage all cable management as part of the installation.

Yes. Because every unit is made to order, we can work around alcoves, chimney breasts, sloped ceilings and any other room features. Everything is measured during the initial home visit and accounted for in the design.
The bed is built into the furniture and folds away neatly behind doors when not in use. The room functions as a fully fitted home office when the bed is stored. When guests are staying, the bed folds down quickly and simply. The desk, storage and other elements of the room remain fully accessible whether the bed is up or down. We offer both single and double fold-away bed options.
Yes. Integrated cable management is a standard part of every home office we install. All cabling is routed through the furniture and concealed from view, keeping the workspace clean and clutter-free.
Yes. Lockable drawers and cabinets are available as part of any home office design.
Our cabinetry is available in over 90 colours across a range of price groups, all viewable at our showroom. Door and cabinetry colours are chosen separately and can be mixed for a two-tone finish.
Yes. We offer a supply-only service if you have your own fitter in place.
